Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the entire QC department for fabrication and machine shop.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components, welded jobs, and machined parts.
Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawings and customer specifications.
Prepare and maintain QC documentation including inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, MTC, WPS/PQR.
Implement and monitor ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ensure audit compliance.
Handle PD Certification, Third Party Inspection (TPI), and customer inspections.
Control measuring instruments and manage calibration.
Train and guide QC inspectors and shop floor team.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase for quality improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.





Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Fabrication and Welding Symbols
Proficient in reading Engineering Drawings and GD&T;
Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge
In-depth knowledge of ISO Documentation and QMS
Knowledge of PD Certification and Product Documentation
Leadership skills
Effective communication skills

Pay: ₹54,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
