We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards across the retail store. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring proper cleaning schedules, maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for customers and employees, and complying with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations within the retail store
Ensure cleanliness of sales floors, washrooms, offices, store rooms, and common areas
Assign duties and manage shift schedules for housekeeping staff
Monitor cleaning quality and ensure adherence to hygiene standards
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and raise purchase requests when required
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene practices
Handle customer or staff complaints related to cleanliness
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Prepare daily checklists,



inspection reports, and attendance records

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (preferably in retail, mall,

or commercial establishments)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
Robust team supervision and coordination skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail store, mall, hospital, or hospitality housekeeping
Knowledge of hygiene audits and safety standards
Ability to handle emergency cleaning situations

Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts / Weekends / Holidays as per store requirement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
