We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Event Planner to lead and manage end-to-end event projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client relationships, concept planning, team coordination, and flawless execution of premium weddings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete wedding planning from concept to execution
Understand client requirements and create unique wedding concepts
Prepare mood boards, themes, and presentation decks
Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, production, etc.)
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Supervise on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations
Lead and guide junior planners and team members
Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and closures

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience in wedding/event planning
Robust creativity and trend awareness in weddings




Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Willingness to travel and work in office (including weekends)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred
Experience in luxury or destination weddings
Knowledge of design tools / presentation tools
Vendor network across Kerala or India

Salary & Advantages
₹35,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience)
