Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
Approximately 70% calls will be focused on fresh/recent customers and 30% on retention and existing customers.
Speak with customers, understand their needs and guide them appropriately.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Ensure every customer interaction is handled with patience, professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Follow up with customers regularly to improve conversion, repeat purchases and customer retention.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales/retention targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups and outcomes.
Identify customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Take ownership of assigned customers and follow-ups until closure

Pay: ₹11,593.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
