Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Develop effective sales strategies to increase product sales and market coverage.
Guide team members regarding customer handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the sales team and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, retailers, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and procedures.
Address team performance issues and take corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
