We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company updates, targets, and expectations.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and support to team members.
Resolve team-related issues and handle escalations professionally.




Maintain proper records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.
Maintain a positive, professional, and productive working setting.

Qualifications.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience in a team-handling or supervisory role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
