HR Manager – IT Company
Location: Jamnagar
Experience: 3–6 Years
We are looking for an HR Manager with IT company experience to handle HR Operations and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Resume screening, interviews, selection & onboarding.
Handle employee queries and HR-related activities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and performance/appraisal activities.
Requirements:
3–6 years of relevant HR experience in an IT/Software company.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust recruitment and coordination skills.
IT company background is mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
