Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, purchases, and sales.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Assist in salary/payroll accounting and related records.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Knowledge of GST and TDS.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in handling complete accounting processes.
Familiarity with GST returns and TDS calculations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
Good knowledge of Excel formulas and financial reporting.
