Role & responsibilities
Analyzing system requirements and ensuring the systems are installed correctly
Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
Performing software, hardware, and network maintenance
Monitoring system performance to ensure smooth operations
Installing and configuring IT systems, software, and networks
Diagnosing and repairing technical issues, including software, hardware, networking, etc.
Training end users on how to use new software and hardware




Recommending and implementing improvements for IT systems
Implementing and maintaining security protocols for IT systems
Creating detailed reports on the functionality of the system
Assisting in the updating of the system as an when needed
Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends to ensure system efficien

Preferred candidate profile:

We are seeking a skilled IT Qualified to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the companys IT network, servers, and security systems.
You will also be responsible for preparing IT inventory, investigating and diagnosing network problems, making recommendations for improving our systems, and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
Our ideal candidate has a robust understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and data storage systems, and is knowledgeable about the latest technology trends.
