About the Role

Asia Pacific Group is hiring a Sales Executive for our Budget Policy team in Mohali. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients, promoting insurance plans offered by leading third-party providers, and achieving sales targets.

Budget Policy helps people travelling to Australia for study, work, family visits, or migration obtain suitable health and travel insurance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients.
Promote and sell insurance plans from leading providers such as Bupa, Allianz, NIB, and Medibank.
Explain insurance products, address client queries, and handle objections professionally.
Build robust client relationships and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.




Coordinate with internal teams to support sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience in international voice sales, insurance sales, or a similar sales role preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and managing inbound sales enquiries.
Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic about sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
