Job Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram Reels and social media content
Shoot videos at construction sites, office and completed projects
Edit short-form videos for Instagram and other platforms
Create informative, promotional and trend-based content
Work on hooks, storytelling and creative concepts for reels
Capture construction progress and project details
Add suitable text, transitions, music and effects
Keep up with current social media trends and formats
Collaborate with the marketing/team members to plan content
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image for Harji Housing
Requirements
Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content
Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
Positive understanding of framing, lighting and basic videography
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
Good communication skills
Ability to shoot content independently at different locations
Previous experience in construction, architecture, real estate or corporate content will be an advantage
Who We're Looking For
Someone who is not just an editor, but understands how to turn a construction project into engaging social media content.
You should be comfortable being on-site, finding interesting shots, creating solid hooks and turning everyday construction activities into content people actually want to watch.
