As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, so a helpful attitude and a welcoming smile are must-haves. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Welcome: Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
Communication: Answer phone calls professionally and reply to messages/inquiries promptly.
Scheduling: Book and confirm doctor appointments efficiently.
Data Entry: Enter patient details accurately into the computer system.
Office Management: Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any stream).




Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge is required (Typing, Email, Basic Data Entry).
Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, skilled appearance, and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
