Job Summary:
Paradise Wellness Clinic is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, booking appointments, providing information about our skincare and wellness services, and ensuring excellent customer service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about clinic services, promotions, and special offers.
Handle inbound inquiries, resolve client questions, and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in the clinic’s CRM.
Follow up with clients for feedback, reminders, and upcoming treatments.
Provide basic information about our doctors, treatments, and services offered.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and appointment booking goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English).
