Sarna Stonex is looking for a confident and relationship-oriented skilled to manage customer enquiries, maintain CRM follow-ups, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and digital enquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain complete and updated CRM records including lead status, next action and outcome.
Coordinate quotations, samples, product information and showroom visits.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and institutional buyers.
Identify upcoming projects and relevant business prospects.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, inventory and management teams for timely closure.
Track lost leads, repeat business and referrals, and maintain a straightforward CRM MIS.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
