Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant – Brand & Communications to support our brand-building, communication, social media and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset and an understanding of branding and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing brand communication strategies.
Manage and coordinate social media content and communications.
Create and coordinate content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Assist with brand campaigns, promotions and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, designers and external agencies.
Prepare presentations, communication materials and marketing content.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual communication.
Track social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Support PR,



events and other brand-related activities.
Research market trends, competitors and relevant brand opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Branding or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in branding, communications, marketing or social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Valuable content-writing and presentation skills.
Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Canva and other content/design tools will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹40,000 per month
