We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project quality, and coordinate site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising work execution, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Verify measurements and prepare material requirement reports.
Resolve technical issues arising during construction.




Maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
Valid two-wheeler license is an advantage.
