Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the retail team.
Monitor daily sales and achieve store targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock checks.
Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
Monitor billing, cash handling, opening/closing, and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Handle store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant retail experience.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales, inventory, and store operations.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
