Hiring: Finishing Engineer – Real Estate*
Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise finishing works at project site.
Handle flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors/windows, etc.
Ensure quality, timelines, and work as per approved drawings/specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct snagging, inspections, and ensure timely rectification.
Skills:
Site execution, quality control, contractor management, coordination & finishing works.
