Job Summary Vizva Consultancy Services is hiring entry-level professionals and freshers for our US Bench Sales team in Lucknow. This position involves marketing qualified profiles, coordinating with corporate networks, and managing daily administrative tasks during evening/night schedules. Comprehensive training is provided for candidates with strong communication abilities.

About the Role The US Bench Sales Recruiter serves as a key liaison for managing skilled profiles, communicating with corporate clients and vendors, and coordinating interview schedules. This role operates during US business hours (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST) to handle profile placements and market coordination efficiently.

Responsibilities
Coordinate profile positioning across professional platforms, corporate contact lists, and partner channels.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with corporate vendors and partner organizations.
Manage daily profile submissions, organize interview schedules, and maintain accurate activity logs.
Communicate professionally with corporate clients and partners via email, phone, and professional networking channels during shift hours.

Requirements
Educational Background: Graduates from non-technical disciplines (freshers are welcome to apply).
Communication:



Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office, and efficient typing capability.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work the scheduled night shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (5 days working).
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, target-driven approach with strong organizational capabilities.
