Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, solid customer-handling abilities, and at least 12 months of experience in an international BPO voice process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to international travel services.
Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of international voice/BPO experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
