Job Description – Finance Associate

Position: Finance Associate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹4–6 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily financial and accounting records.
Handle invoices, billing, receipts, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for payment and invoice-related queries.
Maintain accurate records in Excel/accounting software.
Assist in monthly closing and other finance-related activities.
Ensure financial data is accurate and updated.
Support the Finance/Accounts Manager in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting.




Understanding of Tally/ERP or accounting software.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in Finance/Accounts will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
Experience with Excel, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting will be an advantage.
Candidate should be comfortable working from the Gurugram location.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
