About the Role

CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager to grow our Automotive Refinish business across South Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop dealers, retailers, distributors, bodyshops and garages.
Identify and appoint new dealers and expand the retail network.
Build strong relationships with automotive painters and influencers.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials and customer conversions.
Promote Automotive Refinish products including Putty, Primers, Basecoats, Clearcoats, Hardeners and Thinners.
Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
Generate current customers and develop new markets.
Follow up on orders, collections and customer requirements.
Submit regular sales and market visit reports.
Coordinate with technical, logistics and accounts teams.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Automotive Refinish Paint Sales.
Positive knowledge of automotive refinish products and the automotive aftermarket.
Experience with dealers, bodyshops, garages,



and automotive painters will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and business-focused approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across South Gujarat.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or a technical qualification in Paints/Coatings will be an added advantage.
