Job Description

We are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to join our commercial vehicle sales team in Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting customers in the field, understanding their requirements, explaining commercial vehicle products and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities
Visit customers and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Generate new leads through field visits and market activities.
Meet transporters, fleet owners, business owners and commercial vehicle users.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing and perks.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with dealership, finance and other internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.

Requirements
10th / 12th Pass or above.
Freshers can apply.
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development.




Experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field work and customer visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Incentives
Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

The assigned field territory may include:
Mumbai
Thane
Navi Mumbai
Raigad
Palghar

Candidates should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
