Designation: Instrument Technician

Qualification: ITI – Instrumentation

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹32,000 Gross/Month

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.

Handle flow meters, control valves, level transmitters, load cells and instrumentation panels.

Prepare and maintain shift reports.

Perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.

Perform calibration as per defined schedules and maintain records.

Conduct field instrument parameterization.

Handle installation, cabling, ferruling, lugging and termination work.

Maintain earth pits and ensure proper grounding.





Coordinate and assist with AMC/vendor maintenance activities.

Handle communication protocols and process-related instrumentation.

Identify and rectify leakage in instrument air lines and related systems.

Follow 5S practices in the lab and shop floor.

Requirements

ITI Instrumentation qualification.

3–6 years of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance.

Hands-on experience with field instruments, calibration and troubleshooting.

Valuable knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
