Associate – Chartered Accountant Firm

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate will assist in accounting, taxation, GST, income tax compliance, audit, and other qualified assignments while working closely with senior team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for clients.

Assist in GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliation.

Assist with income tax return preparation and filing for individuals, firms, and companies.

Support tax audit, statutory audit, and other audit assignments.

Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial data verification.





Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.

Maintain proper documentation and records for client assignments.

Coordinate with clients for collection of financial information and required documents.

Assist senior specialists in TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances, as applicable.

Identify discrepancies in accounting and tax records and assist in resolving them.

Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
