Job Description – Accounts Receivable Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer collections.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections from distributors, retailers, HORECA clients, and key accounts.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
Maintain customer ledgers and collection records in ERP systems.
Process receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.




Monitor credit limits and escalate high-risk accounts.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports on collections, DSO, and overdue accounts.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Reconciliation.
Experience in FMCG, Food Distribution, Frozen Foods, Dairy, Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry preferred.
Valuable understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Experience with SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
