Operator Responsibilities :
Thorough Understanding of the Air Compressor
Frequent and Detailed Inspection
Proficient in Troubleshooting and Fault Management
Clean and Organized Equipment Workplace

Air Compressor Operator
Start and Stop: Power the compressor unit up and shut it down safely following plant rules.
Monitor Gauges: Watch pressure levels, oil pressure, and motor temperatures continuously.
Adjust Controls: Set regulators and valves to keep the correct air supply pressure flowing to equipment.
Perform Maintenance: Drain moisture from tanks, check oil levels, clean filters, and tighten loose mechanical parts.

IBT and Refrigeration System Operator
Check Water Levels: Monitor the water level and ice thickness inside the Ice Building Tank (IBT).
Regulate Valves: Open and adjust suction, discharge, and expansion valves connected to the chiller and receiver lines.
Log Readings: Record hourly temperatures, suction pressure, and discharge pressure in plant logbooks.
Safety Checks: Inspect cooling towers, watch for ammonia or freon leaks, and maintain proper waste disposal routines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
