About the Role

Zenix Global Logistics is looking for an experienced Freight Broker with a strong understanding of US Logistics and Freight Brokerage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage freight operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers.
Source reliable carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
Book loads and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
Track shipments and provide timely updates.
Build strong relationships with carriers and customers.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Meet assigned targets and maintain accurate records.





Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Freight Brokerage/US Logistics.
Experience in carrier sourcing, load booking, and rate negotiation.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Knowledge of load boards and freight management systems is preferred.
