Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their solar projects.
Coordinate with sales, project, service, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers regarding project updates, payments, documents, installation, and service requirements.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate service calls and customer visits when required.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide regular updates.
Collect customer feedback and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and additional requirements.




Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform other customer relationship and coordination activities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
