Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and deliver on commitments.
Use AI tools for automated reporting, workload balancing and documentation
Track progress, resolve impediments, and maintain transparency through metrics.
Track sprint progress, manage impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain transparency through metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
Provide explicit status updates and manage expectations
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Project documentation

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
8+ years as a Scrum Master in software development.
Familiarity with full-stack development, testing, and architecture.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
AI Tools knowledge
Solid facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
