HR Intern – Recruitment & Performance Management
Duration: 6 Months| Laptop: Mandatory
We are looking for a motivated 2025–2026 pass-out HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
Support KPI tracking and performance reviews.
Assist with employee engagement and daily HR activities.
Use AI tools for HR and recruitment.
Requirements
2025–2026 pass-out in HR / MBA HR.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
Personal laptop required.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
