We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram.

What You'll Do
Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels
Speak with prospective students and understand their career and learning goals
Explain our courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
Maintain lead information and follow-up status in the CRM
Meet monthly enrollment and sales targets
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents

What We're Looking For
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents




Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
Previous experience in education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome

Preferred

Candidates from Thiruvananthapuram are preferred, especially those who can work from our office.

Compensation

₹12,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives
