Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller
Location: Kubadthal, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads through calling and convert them into potential customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable Hindi and Gujarati communication; English will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle customers professionally.

Salary:

As per experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
