Job Description – Medical Superintendent

Department: Medical Administration
Reports To: Hospital Management

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall medical and clinical operations of the hospital.
Ensure quality patient care, clinical standards, and patient safety.
Coordinate and supervise doctors, nursing, and other clinical departments.
Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, regulatory, and hospital policies.
Monitor clinical protocols, documentation, infection control, and medical records.
Handle clinical grievances, emergencies, and coordination between departments.
Review hospital performance, clinical indicators, and patient feedback.
Coordinate with hospital administration on staffing, infrastructure, equipment, and operational requirements.




Conduct regular clinical meetings and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Support audits, inspections, accreditation processes, and medico-legal matters.

Eligibility & Experience
Qualification: MBBS; MD/MS preferred.
Experience: 10–20 years of relevant clinical/hospital administration experience.
Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and administrative skills.
Knowledge of hospital operations, clinical quality, and statutory compliance.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
