Customer Support Representative
Location: Ambala Cantt | Work from Office
Job Type: Full time | Night Process
Experience: 1–3 Years | Freshers with excellent English may apply
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Assist with product compatibility, pricing, and order updates.
Resolve customer queries and post-sales concerns.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on pending issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Technical teams.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
Customer support experience preferred.
Auto Parts/Automobile industry experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
Pay: ₹10,784.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
