Experience:

5–6 years of qualified experience in accounting and financial management.

Education:
CA / CA (Inter) – Preferred
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Industry Preference:

Candidates with prior experience in the legal services industry and/or law firms will be given preference.

Role & Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
Compliance
Supervision of compliances including Tax (GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns), regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for external audits.
Financial Reporting & Management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Present financial reports to management with insights for decision-making.

Skills & Software Requirements:
Experience in Tally ERP.
Experience in deploying new billing, timekeeping, and financial reporting software
Robust understanding of accounting standards, taxation rules, and compliance frameworks.
