Job Requirement – HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive

Position: HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive
Experience: 2–5 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
Handle statutory payroll compliances, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and compliance documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and government regulations.
Manage employee attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records for audits and inspections.




Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and labour laws.
Experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.

Preferred: Candidates with solid hands-on statutory compliance experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
