About Rally Fitness

Rally Fitness is a 10,000 sq. ft. fitness facility in Kochi focused on creating a high-quality, welcoming and results-driven fitness experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, drive local awareness and support membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads, enquiries, WhatsApp & Instagram follow-ups and walk-ins, mainly through calls.
Conduct gym tours and explain membership and PT packages.
Convert leads into memberships and personal training packages.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients for conversions and renewals.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Generate leads through referrals, local outreach and events.




Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activity to the Sales Head.

Requirements
1–2 years of sales/business development experience; experience in the fitness & wellness industry highly preferred.
Proactive, someone who will take the lead.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive and customer-focused.
Solid follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer/CRM skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
