HYZ Group of Companies is a diversified business group with operations in Furniture, Finance, Agriculture, Education, and allied sectors. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources across different business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially for entry-level roles and for middle management roles occassionally.
Recruiting agents or freelancers who shall work on incentive basis wherever required.
Controlling attrition and constantly maintaining effective workforce at all times.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across all business units.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Management is preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of HR recruitment experience (multi-sector exposure preferred).
Solid knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and performance systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a large workforce across different categories and locations.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
