Senior Executive – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
Manage planning and availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM) as per production requirements.
Coordinate with Third-Party Manufacturers for material requirements, production plans, and timely dispatches.
Handle product costing, RM/PM costing, and cost analysis for third-party manufacturing.
Follow up with vendors for POs, deliveries, shortages, and pending materials.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Warehouse, Finance, and Third-Party Manufacturers.
Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, costing, procurement, and third-party manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
4–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.
Experience in RM, PM, Costing, and Third-Party Manufacturing preferred.
Positive knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel with solid coordination skills.
