Job Title: Shift Supervisor (Production / Maintenance)

Department: Zinc Sulphate Plant
Education: ITI / Diploma (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
Experience Required: 0 to 5 years in a chemical processing plant, fertilizer unit, metal recovery plant or other relevant profile.
Salary Range : 20,000 to 25,000 per month

Key Technical Requirements1. For Candidates with a Chemical Background:
Preferably , an understanding of unit operations like Leaching/Charging , Purification, Crystallization, and Centrifuging.
Ability to monitor raw material consumption (Zinc raw materials, Sulfuric Acid) against daily production targets.
Basic knowledge of quality control parameters (pH levels, specific gravity/Baumé, and temperature control).
For Candidates with a Mechanical Background:




Familiarity with equipment such as Pulverizers/crushers , HAG, Crystalizer, and ducting networks.
Experience with material handling equipment
Preferably, knowledge of fluid machinery operation (chemical transfer pumps, filter presses, and compressors).

General Supervisory Skills (Required for Both):
Effective floor leadership to manage a shift team of 10–20 operators and contract laborers.
Experience in maintaining daily shift logs, production reports, and breakdown checklists.
Robust commitment to shop floor discipline, safety protocols, and plant housekeeping (5S).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
