Job description

This is a full-time in office role for a Corporate Recruiter at our location in Noida. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting potential job candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the most qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a related field.




Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking software and other HR systems.
Ability to identify top talent and engage candidates effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
