Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students and parents about Ananta IAS Academy courses and programs.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and educational events when required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling,



Academic Counselling, Sales, or Education sector* is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
Solid convincing and counselling ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
