Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Recruiter who can independently handle all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and HR-related activities.
Handle day-to-day HR operations independently.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to handle HR activities independently.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
