We are looking for a proactive HR skilled with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a robust focus on mid-to-senior-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
Mid-to-senior-level hiring
Interview coordination, offer management & onboarding
Employee engagement and HR operations
Attendance, leave, documentation & HR MIS
Coordination with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Solid recruitment and communication skills
Experience handling mid-to-senior-level positions
Good knowledge of HR operations and MS Excel.
Pay: From ₹20,017.14 per month
Work Location: In person
