Profile Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of campaign strategy, audience targeting, performance analysis, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
Develop effective campaign strategies to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for better ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Identify performance issues and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.




Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
Knowledge of campaign objectives, bidding, budgeting, and optimization.
Solid understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Candidate
1–2+ years of practical experience in Meta Ads.
Candidates with experience handling lead generation, e-commerce, or conversion-focused campaigns will be preferred.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Willingness to work on-site from our Mansarovar, Jaipur office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
