Job Title: Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Business Development Executive who can support the sales pipeline by finding prospects, conducting outreach and generating qualified business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Outreach Executive: Someone who can find the right business prospects, run cold email, WhatsApp Marketing, Apollo and LinkedIn outreach using AI tools, follow up systematically, and generate qualified meetings/leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential B2B clients.
Generate prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn and other online sources.
Conduct outreach through cold email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Leverage AI tools for prospect research, content creation and personalization.




Build and maintain relationships with potential prospects.
Follow up systematically to increase response and conversion.
Qualify prospects and generate sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain lead trackers, databases and daily activity reports.

Requirements:
1+ year experience in Lead Generation, BDE, Inside Sales or Outbound Sales.
Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn outreach.
Knowledge of cold email and WhatsApp Marketing.
Ability to use AI tools effectively.
Valuable communication, convincing and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
