Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
Solid experience in B2C sales is mandatory.
B2B sales experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products/services.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Generate new business through cold calling, outbound sales, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
Handle pre-sales discussions, understand customer needs, and present suitable solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
Follow up with leads consistently and convert qualified prospects into customers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects to increase sales revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals within defined timelines.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of the sales process.
Handle customer queries and sales-related concerns to support successful conversions.




Develop new customer opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
Work towards improving conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue generation.

Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of sales experience.
B2C sales experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, pre-sales, follow-ups, upselling, cross-selling, and sales closure.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Solid customer-facing and consultative sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
