Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers/clients in Punjabi.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Fluent in Punjabi (Speaking) is mandatory.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (+2).
Basic understanding of Hindi and English is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
