Operations Manager – Manpower Division

About the Role
Akshar Fire & Safety Pvt. Ltd. (AFSPL) is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our Manpower Division, including direct oversight of HR & Recruitment. You'll own end-to-end manpower planning, deployment, and compliance for fire crew, ERT, and safety personnel across our industrial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deploy manpower against client Work Orders/POs; ensure zero shortfall
Directly head HR & Recruitment — sourcing, onboarding, statutory compliance
Manage rosters, shift schedules, and site-wise deployment tracking
Ensure contract/SLA compliance and handle client escalations
Coordinate with Finance on manpower billing and documentation




Lead and mentor the HR & Recruitment team and site supervisors

Requirements
Graduate/MBA (HR or Operations preferred)
8–12 years in manpower/workforce management, facility management, or industrial services
Experience in fire & safety, industrial security, or manpower outsourcing preferred
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, licensing)
Excellent leadership, client coordination, and MS Office/Excel skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,651.26 per month
